Return/Exchange Policy

Eligibility and Timeframe

  • Eligible Items: Unused, unworn merchandise, tag still attached.
  • Return Window: Must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Return Type: Store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale'.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
  • Items opened from their original packaging.
  • Accessories.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-refundable: All shipping fees.
  • Customer Responsibility: Cost of return shipping.
  • For exchanges: We will ship back your requested exchange our cost for equal value exchanges. For all other exchanges, a store credit will be issued and deducted from the new order but shipping will be customers responsibility. 

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in original, resellable condition with tags attached.
  • Items that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
THE ICON CLOTHING SHOP will not be responsible for packages not received by our store. We suggest that you ship items to us as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for. The address is 7963 S Orange Blossom Trl. Orlando, FL. 32809.

Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will then notify when the exchange/ return has been completed. Typical exchange process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.
